My review of Land Home Financial Services, Inc. (LHFS) is from an employees prospective. Although I am also a Land Home Customer as they service my loan, I wanted to provide my experience with the company from an employee prospective. Land Home is a great company to work for. Not only do they have every product that I need to succeed, they also have many of the latest tools to build my loan origination business. Land Home has been making many investments to ensure that the sales force has all the tools to ensure the best customer experience and build a solid network of happy referral partners.
If I could give them a negative 10 I would. This company and it's representative not only left me $2300.00 financial loss out of pocket but also homeless!!! From the branch manager in Jupiter, FL who I was dealing with, Vincet Fiordilino, to David Ornelas and lastly VP of Sales, Tony Wicke, all seem to disappear after I emailed them all the receipts and demanded my money back. What a shame and poor representation of a corporation! People BEWARE PLEASE!

Horrible mortgage company!!!! Stay away. It wouldn't let me click no stars!!! Never talk to the same person twice. I sold my house on 10/25/16. They took my taxes out of escrow on 10/20/16. I have been calling the county for three weeks every day to see if they have been paid!!! They weren't so I started calling Land Home Finical on 10/25/16 they said they would have to put a request to send me that info. It over a week to receive anything on there part and numerous calls back and forth. When I finally received the letter it states that they sent the check to my house which is total B.S. So now I am stuck paying the taxes because Land Home said I would have to wait another five business days to see if the check has been cashed. Never in my life have I ever got this much run around. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB,

Working with them is more than just a transactional experience because they provide strategic guidance that you will not find everywhere.
