Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Associates were attentive and engaged without being aggressive. The associate , Melissa , we worked with was so patient even when we changed our minds numerous times. She was very friendly and personable. I will go here again to purchase Furniture
I've been looking for a couch I seen online. When I walked in I was greeted by Melissa. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I told her about the couch I seen online and she knew exactly where it was. She showed us the couch and told us if there was any online price difference show her and she will give it to us for that price. She made buying our new couch very simple and painless escpecially with having 2 small kids with us. The manager came over to adjust the price in the computer. He was super nice and all about making sure the customers are satisfied. Thank you guys so much! Can't wait for our couch to come.
I’m a current resident of Concord and my first time in Ashley HomeStore. I’m so impressed with the service and information/details that were offered. Darnell, my sales rep was amazing!! He informed me the pros & cons of each furniture and made sure I had the best sales. He really showed enthusiastic manner which convinced me to buy almost everything. But, due to my budget... I was left with such guilt that I have left with just a bed set. I will be back! Thank you so much for your services!
They have good customer service and the salesmen are willing to help. Ashley has really nice items and reasonable prices. I just don't agree with the enormous delivery charge. I feel the delivery charge is very overpriced! Work on that and they will earn 5 stars.
I would like to thank sales associate John Tice for a wonderful sales experience and his excellent expertise. He took the time out to patiently help my husband and I find and correct setup of sofas exactly the way we were attempting to accomplish for our home. My husband and I had our differences on what we wanted, how we wanted it and he let us hammer it out along with his help until we came to a solution we both finally agreed on. He also helped us out in pricing that was more reasonable for us. We can’t thank him enough for the excellent sales associate he is and his excellent customer service. If you are looking for furniture he’s the go to person at Ashley’s. If I’m in need of any furniture in the future I will definitely be going back to him. Thanks again John!!!!!!
