When the Concord Home Depot in opened >20 years ago, it was 5 stars, it was our go-to hardware store. Today unfortunately that's no longer the case. The current employees aren't very knowledgeable and sadly the loiters into the parking lot are getting much more agressive. The San Ramon Home Depot has much better service and is safer.
The 2 front cashiers, Sharmela and Maggie are great. It's the only HD I use for business, the E-department folks are knowledgeable, support material for our local needs and just have a overall good attitude making visits to HD pleasant.
