This review is for the website. For Kay jewelers as a corporation. Not the store at the mall. I tried to buy a piece of jewelry on their website today it was impossible to use their website. I wasted almost an hour felt like a fool. I ended up going to Amazon where usually shop took me three minutes to buy what I wanted. I can't even imagine having a business like that and not having a high functioning website. They are beyond not getting it. Merry Christmas
This IS a review for the shop at the Sun Valley mall. Incompetent management and snotty customer care makes this place unprofessional and over priced. Don't ever expect to make a return smoothly with this company/store. I've turned them in to corporate and the bbb for their shady business practices
