Terribly narrow spaces and no enforcement against large SUVs parking in spaces labeled Compact resulting in space overlap and cars in essence taking up two spaces because no room left in adjacent space for even a compact car after that. And this is sprinkled everywhere. Start to enforce no large cars in Compact spaces!!
