I had a plumber come by who spent 5 minutes and told me he couldn't find the leak. Home warranty co sent out the 2nd plumber AJ Bono. Was skeptical because I read the reviews. Rafael showed up w/ another guy. Very nice, climbed under the house and had the problem diagnosed & fixed within 20 minutes. Don't always believe what you read on the internet. Very happy with them
Never call them, don't waste your time, find a better service.
These people are liars, and they have no work ethic. They came to my home damaged my property and refuse take responsibility. Call them if you want to end up worse then when you began. I don't even know how they are still in business. Their office staff are liars.
Very bad. They don't have any idea of the job they doing. Went to my house for a water leak under the sink. They charged $165. To glue around the sink that I told him that's not the problem. But they charged me any way and water is still there went there three more time no success. And they completely left me with no answer and took my money.
Julian, the supervisor and manager of the company is extremely rude and have no customer satisfaction skills at all. I agree with others that there is no work ethic at this business.
Terrible costumer service! Never showed up to the appointment and when I called the next day the person on the phone kept insisting that they did show up and the owner of the house didn't let the worker in.Totally not true, I was in the house all day waiting for them and no one ever came. To make things even worse the person on the phone hang up on me. I couldn't believe it.
