Alexis# 18069 was super rude treating me and my kids buying shoes. I bought it there because i didnt find it and other stores at the mall. But workers at this location are SUPER RUDE.11/04/2017 time 18:49. I would put 0 starts but no choice only 1
I called to see if shoes were in stock and the employee left me on hold and never came back. After I hung up and call several times the phone was never answered.
I do not even give them a full star. The manager there Darnell is very rude and disrespectful to his employees as well as customers.I would not recommend anyone go there.. After he was rude to me and my kids he told us to get out of his store I told him I want his supervisors number and he said " Yeah after you get out of my store". My kids are only 8 and 6 both terrified of the way this guy was treating people!! Never again..
The manager Derell is so rude and should not be the manager in my opinion he does not have the attitude to be have such position he was very rude to me when I purchased and to other customers
