Great place if you know what you need. They have almost everything, though some areas need organization. But you can find an alternative to ordering online and checking stuff on your own. Customer services is not a plus, often employees are rude, do not much of anything, and can not always help you, or seem not to want to. Cafeteria inside is expensive, check online before going there to see if they have the items you are looking for. Great return policy, though given customer service attitude you have to go equipped with an attitude as well to counterattacks bad customer service.

I needed a computer for my kid, that needed to do specific things, for a specific price, and a salesperson named Juan found the perfect item for me. He was knowledgeable and professional. I was confident with my purchase, and very satisfied with the customer service I received.

bought a washer dryer here. We got an email that it was on special so we went in. Took them forever to find it in the back, it was still wrapped so we couldn't really even see it. When we bought it they sold us the wrong accessories so we couldn't stack or hook up our dryer when the delivery guys first came. We went back to the store, were told they'd sent someone back out to fix it, but go figure no one showed up. thankfully we got Gerald (hope I'm spelling it right) when we called in to complain. He was understanding, helpful, and got someone there within 20 minutes to rectify the situation. If he hadn't, this would have easily been a 1 star review. Basically, the team selling large appliances blew it on several levels but the delivery team was good enough to salvage this transaction. I hope they are getting paid well for their efforts!

Bring your cell phone and price check everything against Google shopping. They match prices. And also get your deal of the day promo code thing. You can save some pretty good money. Man double triple check to make sure what you're buying hasn't been returned already with only half the parts.

I bought a TV. Was supposed to receive a credit. It appeared on the wrong card. I called numerous times, no one could ever tell, that it went on the wrong card. I went in the store, spoke to manager Joe Clare, he is a joke. Fat guy with a tight shirt, grinning at other people while helping me. I told them to come pick the TV up. I am going to Best Buy with my business.
