This health Center is very nice. The customer service is amazing, the people are friendly.
This is the absolute WORST center I have ever been to. They shredded my insurance card, and then tried to refuse my service for lack of insurance. They are completely incompetent of even a simple desk job. Not to mention the hour+ wait. Avoid this center at all cost.
Called for a mammogram because my friends said they provided them, but they don't.
Ok so I'm actually sitting in Concord Plan Parenthood as I'm writing this text now. I have had nothen but three weeks of complicationes due to switching to medi care from straight medi-cal . Started at kaiser for first test and waited for a refferal for about a week after appt cancelled two appts in that time waiting on Kaiser so turns it took a week of misleading info that they wont even cover me from for this prodedure. So call PPH in walnut creek took a week to get in they were really nice but has trouble with getting me approved insurance. My appt was at 7:50 insurace was figured out and approved by 10:30 then was taken into office and released into waiting room four different each to complete one test each time the last time they told me to go sit In waiting ro om ar this time im feeling like I lost my place in line sence insurace took three hours to figure out and all they people in waiting room were done and I was there with one persons ride whos waiting who came in about 10am so needless to say then the staff went to lunch and I waited and I couldnt sit any longer I was pissed 4 hours thirty min later I just left I was done with these people in W.C. so got a appointment AGAIN five days later in concord here now wish me
Everytime I have had to visit the people at the Concord location have always been so helpful. They have treated every situation with the delicacy and understanding that I was hoping for. I just had an IUD done by them and they made the experience very comfortable. Only complaint is the wait time but if that is the only thing, id say this place is pretty good.
