It was horrible. Your salesman told us we would save better than $6000 off if we ordered through you, and then offered far less when the vehicle arrived. We were not pleased but gave him another chance. When we looked at the car the back left seat would not fold (brand new car). He told me it was due to the headrest and it was totally fine. We got the car home after buying it and it was not the headrest. The back left seat in our brand new car is broken and will not lay flat so now I have to bring in to be fixes. He lied to our faces just to make a deal. A good salesman would have checked (he was standing right there with us), to make sure it was ok...but then again perhaps he already knew it wasn't and just wanted to make the sale. When I called him in the evening he was very rude and dismissive and said I don't care about you, I only made $200 off of the sale. He told me he would call me on Monday after talking to his tech guy, and never did. I reached out on Wed and he said nobody can do anything so I have to bring it in and he then he is stepping out of this conversation. Horrific service!! I will never do business with you again and I will be appropriately reviewing your company on yelp and other sites.

Me and my husband just bought a 2017 Camaro 2LT and let me tell you guys Johnny is the best sales person we've met he help us with everything and got us through the whole process so quick!!! We love our new car and we absolutely recommend Concord's Chevrolet ask for Johnny.

I had a surprisingly good experience here. I expected to pay a lot for the service but it ended up not being as much as I thought it might be, and the customer service was very good. I was able to drop my truck off without an appointment and it was ready to go the next day. I normally don't use dealer service but if I had to again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Concord Chevrolet.

Super easy transaction, Julius was very personable and professional. I got exactly what I wanted within a couple hundred dollars of what I expected. No funny business, just a smooth transaction.

I bought my 2015 Chevy 4 by 4 quad cab at Dublin Chevrolet for $45,000. When my paint started peeling a year later I got concerned. I took the truck to Dublin to have them paint it and it was returned to me with three panels on it still peeling. The manager assured me that they would bring me back and have me have the truck repainted again for a second time. After returning home I was informed by GM that I would have to make arrangements with Jesse the Suns owner of Dublin Chevrolet in order to get my car painted correctly. Since they had paid Jesse $5,500 to paint my vehicle and its entirety they wanted to know why the vehicle was returned to me with areas of the truck not painted that were peeling. I had no answer for them I referred them to Dublin Chevrolet and asked if there was something criminal going on at that dealership. They then explain to me that the dealership is its own franchise and can do as it wishes with this customers. I informed them since they had paid Chevy to paint my vehicle how was I to make sure that Dublin Chevy actually performed the work. Long story short I was told by GM 5 minutes ago that Dublin Chevy will no longer be dealing with my vehicle and GM will not authorize my painting to be done at any other dealership therefore I have a 2 year old vehicle that has ¾ of the body with damage and my 3-year 36000 mile warranty expired the moment I drove away from Dublin Chevy. How convenient I do however remember them trying to sell me an extra extended warranty for my paint and this is where it becomes interesting. The extended warranty on the pain and corrosion would have covered me for an extra four years had I had bought it but in the circumstance that my paint started peeling I would still have to argue with the dealership that I bought the warranty from on whether or not the areas were in fact peeling. In my research I have found that the dealership that I have been working with is in fact been paid to have my vehicle painted and restored completely however they did not pay the auto body shop to do the work and my truck was not completely painted and returned to its original state. I now have a two year old truck that is worthless but understanding why a corporation sells a warranty on its product is priceless.
