A year ago last September we bought a 2008 Cayenne Turbo and they stood behind their representations and were a joy to work with. So...when it was time to replace my wife's car this month we went back and bought a 2011 Cayenne for her and she loves it. Alex, Chris and the team love cars, are fair and provide great service.
Unfortunately, they didn't have inventory for our needs in the time frame we need, but every time we drop in, they are helpful, no pressure, polite, and even willing to help out on a car that you didn't buy from them. We encourage everyone to use them, so much that when we got another vehicle, while waiting for the platest from DMV to arrive, we put their Elite Motor Cars license plate placard on instead of the other dealer's.
The worst came when Masud lied about the dealerships cost of the vehicle that had been shared with us by the owner Alex the previous week, then proceeded to accuse us of being hostile because we were not being tolerant of his slick lines or behaviors any longer and left the dealership.
I waited more than a month to write a review on this business to make sure I still felt the way I did after dealing with Elite Motors as I take on-line reviews very seriously and know the significance of poor reviews.
The only exception to this unpleasing and distasteful experience came when the owner Alex at least addressed the problems with the car. Ultimately I believe he feels our intolerance for his staff's practices when he is not there is because we did not make a deal or buy a car. I can promise you that it is not about the car. There are dozens of Mercedes for sale in the Bay Area and all over California, and we simply moved on to the next opportunity.
Always look here first and ALWAYS ask Alex to locate the car for you, it's worth your time to work with them instead of shopping everyone else.
As a final note more than one person at this dealership bragged about winning a local "Dealer of the Year" award. I have looked high and low and could only find that the local BMW/Mini dealership won that award. I know there are no stolen valor in the car business, but that is horrible.
everybody here was nice and professional except for MASUD. this salesman lied to me about the interest rate i was going to have, he said it was going to be 5% based on my credit and negative equity we verbally agreed on it and shook hands, but on the yellow paper i signed it was actually 7.4% but of course i didnt noticed that because i was blindsided of excitement for my new car. another thing was the value of my trade in, we agreed $9100 but on the paper i signed it was actually $9000. not really much but i felt i was taken advantage of since i have no idea what i was doing there except the desire to buy a nice car.
Elite Auto sales is not unique in selling high end cars, and has a nice selection. However, in this day and age of consumer awareness and social reviews they need to get with the times and stop practices that have been giving used car dealers a bad and sleazy reputation for years. Masud is a clear example of the worst case scenario of combining misinformation with lies in order to say anything to sell a car. Here are a few examples "Every Mercedes from that year makes a ticking when the engine is running," "There is no problem with the car both dome lights just happen to be burned out," "There is no problem with the convertible top it always takes around 4 minutes to retract," not to mention misquoting third party representations of the car's value.
What's up everyone, just bought my 2011 e63 AMG from elite just about a week ago. The car speaks for itself lol, but the service and quality of a vehicle this dealership gave me has to be spoken for. Rocky and masud helped me out purchasing this car, I was honestly very nervous buying a car from a used car dealership as I've seen what people have been through but this place is different. They have the cleanest cars around, showroom is spectacular. I am very very satisfied with my e63 and want to thank slits motors for helping me out. I even called them after for help because I was nervous and they reinspected the car just for peace of mind. These guys sell amazing cars, pay for quality shop here....thanks again guys!!
Well they earned it. Masud was willing to tell us anything to attempt to sell a car. He even went as far as to tell flat out lies. Our salesman was unwilling to listen to our needs and wants. Instead he lead us to Masud who was acting as "the closer" and only treated us with disregard and disrespect.
