As I am driving I see that the sticker has my next scheduled oil change for 3,000 miles...even though Toyota recommends oil changes at 5,000 or 10,000 miles (depending on whether you use conventional or synthetic oil). Are you kidding me?!

I ended up leasing a 2018 Camry which I love. Great deal, helpful salesperson and efficient finance dept. Very smooth operation.

Went there Tuesday and Wednesday was there really late on Tuesday ant the finance manager Andy did his best to help me that night (there was only 15 minutes until closing) the next day I came in with the stuff he asked for the sales associate Kelli was very kind and helpful on getting into a car I love. I've been dealing with other places but Kelli Andy and Damon went above and beyond to help my family get into a new (to us) car. Over all best car buying experience I recommend them highly. Way better then my experience at Antioch Auto center. Thank you guys so much!!

First of all let me preface this by saying I hate going to car dealerships and trying to negotiate prices with them. But I have to tell you, Concord Toyota is truly an exception. I don't even take time to write reviews unless I write about bad experiences. This time though, I will write about my positive experiences about Concord Toyota, in particular Hakim and Nelson. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and they even paid an extra $1000 on my trade in. And even other members of the dealership, they answer calls and talk to you like they are compensated handsomely, if not, they should be. I wish ALL car dealers operated this way, no low balling, no overcharging anything. Great job Concord Toyota!!

At my last service appointment I was told that my car will be getting doors replacement as part of the recall. I was told the doors are being ordered (on thebday of my service) and I will get a call to set up an appointment. I never received the call. 3 weeks later I called and set up an appointment. When confirming a day before, I specifically asked how long it is going to take, because I had to pick my child up from school. I was told 3-4 hours. About 2 hours into my van getting done, I called to confirm it was going to be done fairly soon, but was told NO WAY! I was told that these recalls take a full, 8 hour day! Of course, I was upset, but after making a few calls arranged for someone else pick up my child. Literally, 20 minutes later I received a call that my van was done! I was furious! When I came in to pick up my van, no one could tell me who was the lady I spoke to on the phone that gave me an incorrect information...The next day I have noticed that the rubber that seals the window to the door is teared off. I called Concord Toyota twice and was put on hold indefinitely, but to no avail. No one called me back and it needs to be repaired.

Although I live in Concord, I now go to the dealership in Walnut Creek for service. The first and only time I brought my Sienna in for an oil change, I showed up for my appointment and was told it would be 3-4 hours. For an oil change?! How long does it take if you don't have an appointment? I didn't have the time to sit there so I said I would pick it up tomorrow,

I showed up the next day and they had FORGOTTEN TO CHANGE THE OIL! Whoops! They apologized and told me they would have it ready in 45 minutes.

An hour goes by. I ask for an update. The service advisor went to check, then came back and made a call, and another call....couldn't find it. HE DIDN"T KNOW WHERE MY VAN WAS! Just as I am about to lose my mind, he finds it and tells me he is going to pull it around. Which he does. But then HE CAN"T FIND MY KEYS!. It's a keyless ignition and the van is running, so the key fob is in there somewhere. I went to find the service manager to tell him about the whole ordeal. He and another employee, plus the service advisor are all crawling around my van trying to find the keys. I snapped a great picture of this insanity. At last they found the (on top of the visor) and I was on my way. 36 hours later.

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. If my Sienna broke down right in front of this dealership, I would push it somewhere else.
