Located next to the Sears Auto Center, the Budget facility is clean, its staff friendly and helpful. The best thing about it, however, was the ease and speed with which I got my car and was able to be on my way.

Although I requested a compact, I ended up with a Hyundai Elantra, which I wouldn't buy, but it was clean, got decent gas mileage and suited my needs for this particular rental purpose. As my own car was in the shop for repair, this vehicle served an important purpose, as a friend was in town and I needed a car to pick and drop her at the airport.

I rent a lot due to my son being in College at UCSB. So I have rented quite a few rentals since August 2015, Around 7 I believe. Always ready for me when I walk in the door. Very pleasant and service is always very good. The ladies always have the Office clean and paperwork and payment done always less than 10 mins. Sign and keys in hand and away I go. Always fast thorough service and I will continue doing business with them =) I would highly refer this location.
As it turned out, my own car had transmission issues, and I was faced with purchasing a new car - which I did. When I told the Budget agent that I needed the car for more than just one day, she was most helpful in arranging for four days (New Year's Day included). I ended up renting the vehicle from Thursday through Sunday and couldn't be more pleased with the service.
