I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car twice withing the past 90 days from 2 different locations in 2 different states. Both times the staff were more than courteous and helpful. The Concord CA operation was especially pleasant. I was offered a ride back to where I was working and the driver was also just as courteous and a joy to talk to. Job well done.

A very good experience. I was picked up from my vacation home. The paperwork was completed quickly. The car,, a Ford Focus, was immaculate. On returning the car, I was driven back by an extremely friendly, and courteous employee. I would recommend this branch of Enterprise wholeheartedly.

I reserved an economy car for a Thursday evening pickup but my plans changed and had to pick it up a day early. When I called the Concord location the person was able to help me change my pickup date without any extra charges. When I went in to pick up the car they greeted us nicely and asked us to sit down and wait as they were busy. Michael helped me check in and arranged my car for me. He didn't want me to wait any longer so he offered to give us a crossover car which was readily available for the same amount as the economy car I originally reserved. I was in and out in no time and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Thank you for outstanding customer service. I am a satisfied customer.
