Excellent staff they were polite, courteous and very helpful.
This is seriously one of the most ghetto stores I have ever shopped in my entire life. This place makes Walmart in East Oakland look classy, and they give better service. I have been to this shop a few times and always have a similar experience. The associates are always gossiping really loud, not giving proper customer service ever. Today takes the cake. It sounded like she was the manager, but she was complaining how she gives the best service and everyone else was incompetent. Also that her boss was doing a background check on her after 1.5 years of service, and she was practicing what she would say when he asks her about theft from her immediate previous employer. I seriously stepped into the Jerry Springer show. Also another woman was helping me on the register and walked away while I was talking to her to clear my fitting room instead of ringing me up. Serious, this place is on epic levels of wrong. Sadly this isn't a one time occurrence, their clothes aren't that cute, and I use this place for emergency shopping. Corporate, I would fire everyone here and shut this place down. Facepalm, epic fail. At least I called both of the associates out and told then their behavior wasn't acceptable. Then gave the manager a tip that this is an at will employment state and they can fire you, even without the background check and whatever she tries to say to them. Atrocious!
