Customer service is great
Took our 3 year old granddaughter shopping for her birthday, yesterday. Staff made it a special day for her. Made her a birthday button, put her name on big screen and sang Happy Birthday to her. Great customer service....we may need to make this an annual event!
Feels like a little piece of Disneyland! They have a humongous selection of toys and a few other attractions that kids would love to see.
I love Kid Robot but every time I go to this location the staff is cold and unwelcoming. I always feel uncomfortable when I go to the check out. I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman.
