Store refused to honor their online prices. I was advised by a store associate to contact their customer service department and ask if they would authorize a price adjustment.The item I wanted was priced at $129.99 in store and $79.99 on their website (and it was sold out online). The store manager denied the request and tried to offer me a 15% discount for my next visit. I never experienced such poor customer service from H&M and I've been a loyal customer for several years.
