The rooms are well appointed, very comfortable beds and the room service staff are top notch. My complaint, the valet and front desk service. I travel quite a bit, and as of late this "brand" is missing a key piece. Customer service. The valet and front desk for all intensive purposes has made it seem as though they would much rather be elsewhere, or simply wish you weren't standing in front of them. This property in particular it is unfortunate and hopefully making turn something around. Feeling like an annoyance in a nuisance while checking into a hotel after a long day of travel is the last thing you want to feel. Sorry I'm very disappointed the reason why I got four stars is because of the facilities and the other staff members.

Very nice location for an event. Restaurant and Bar with own herb garden. Easy access on and off freeways.
old people. Yet when she asked me to use my credit card until she could get her CC back to them, I did. So the hilton ending up charging my credit card and her credit card. After I call them they gave me excuses like, well we need to make sure the room is not trashed (didn't use that word) but you get the story. We are not rock stars and should not keep our money for 72 hours for nothing. I would not go there again and will see if we can go to a place that really appreciates our business. You've been warned. Terrible pace.
Attended a large all day meeting for work. Facilities were very nice. Technology worked well. Glasses and water were provided and trash was occasionally picked up. Catering was pretty good.

Hilton loves to play the rate game... Even with their high rev loyal Diamonds. I had a last minute change to my itinerary, and I had to cut my 2 night stay down to 1. The front desk agent rudely informed me that would then up my rate from $149 to $199 with no real explanation instead of a mumbled "you will have a rate change" I never have this treatment from Marriott, and I am being pushed back to them very quickly. This is a standard mid tier Hilton with dated decor and very worn facilities. The rooms were the mid 90s design with the built in couch on one wall which is a strange room design. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however, but the executive lounge is way too small for a hotel of this size and was overcrowded during breakfast. The fitness center was in good shape with newer equipment and was kept clean. Overall a fair hotel that was married with a very poor customer service policy, so be aware.
